Change your Zoom Background

You can change your Zoom background to show your support for the Augsburg Staff Union!

1. Click the carrot next to the video icon in the lower left corner, then click on “Video Settings.”
2. In the left menu bar, click on the “Background & Filters” tab (if you don’t see this tab, log in to the Zoom website, go to Settings and toggle on Virtual Background).
3. In the Virtual Background tab, upload one of the backgrounds linked below.
4. If you have a green screen set-up, you can select that option.
5. To add your own image or video, click the + icon to upload from your computer.

Zoom backgrounds:

• An Augsburg contract with Augsburg values – large logo
• A contract for our future – large logo
• Augsburg staff, Augsburg contract, Augsburg values – small logos

Change your profile picture

You can also change your profile picture to show your union solidarity while your camera is off!

1. Download the Augsburg Staff Union logo
2. Log into the Zoom website
3. Go to “Profile”
4. Click on “Change” under the profile picture
5. Choose the logo file from your hard drive.
6. Make sure it’s centered and fully visible
